The New York State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force forwarded several tips to Investigators at the Wappinger barracks on Monday, Sept. 17 regarding the possible possession of images containing the sexual performance of a child.
Continued investigation led to the arrest of on Wednesday of Alfred Tchorznicki Jr. of Beacon. He was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a Class E felony.
Tchorznicki was arraigned before the City of Beacon Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
Tchorznicki is next scheduled to appear before the Court on Monday, Sept. 24.
